We offer worldwide shipping! If you don't see your country listed in the shipping options, simply drop us a message, and we'll make it happen.

For items currently in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1 week to 2 weeks. We consolidate orders throughout the week for efficient processing. Should you require expedited shipping, please inform us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If an item is not in stock, you'll find clear indications on the product page and during checkout. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Stock & Delivery Details

Items marked as in stock are ready for immediate dispatch, usually within a few days. Products not currently in stock are clearly labeled with their expected delivery time. Once back in stock, we'll swiftly ship them to you.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchased product, kindly contact us for confirmation and shipping details. Upon receiving the necessary information, proceed to ship the item back to us at your expense. We offer two options for resolution: a refund or an exchange for a different item. Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will promptly process your refund upon receiving the returned item within 14 days. Typically, we use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

For a return to be eligible under our policy, the product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Custom Ordered Products

Products created by the buyer's custom specifications fall outside the purview of Distance Purchase regulations and, therefore, cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
